This semester long speed mentoring program is designed for HBCU Students and IBM Employees to connect and share professional knowledge in three key areas in 30 minute sessions:

Session 1: Skills discussions
Session 2: Resume review
Session 3: Mock interview

This can be done in three 30-60 minute sessions! It's all up to the IBM mentor and the HBCU student mentee.
